Hello Traders,

I am writing this newsletter from the balcony of my hotel, the Waldorf Astoria, which is right next to the amazing weather and water of the Gulf in the UAE. I was in Switzerland for the weekend, I am now in the UAE, and I will be flying back to Vancouver tonight.

 

 

What crazy market volatility! After the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank and its bailout by the Fed and the Treasury Department, we now have an inflation report coming out that is in line with expectations, which means a soft landing is again on the table, and that means we may see low inflation with no recession. This caused the market to gap up and trade heavily and strong at the Open. As I am writing this newsletter, I managed to log in to the chatroom and make some amazing trades for 1 hour with our very own Carlos. Carlos traded AMD, I traded TSLA, Jarad traded AAPL, and we all had a very nice trading day

 

 

We did a recap with Carlos and I hope you will watch it here. I asked Carlos to use our Trading Terminal replay tool in order to make a replay for each of the strategies we trade in the community. He prepared a few excellent trading recaps with step-by-step guides along with some comments on the respective decision-making processes. You can watch his videos here.
